Products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, though most of our products are now downloadable. Please let us know immediately of any problems so a replacement can be issued. If unavailability keeps the actual product replacement from happening, we will credit the full purchase price toward future purchases of Tips Products Publishing Agency products or services or provide you a refund.

If a product or service is returned or cancelled, the full amount paid will be credited toward future purchases of Tips Products Publishing Agency products or services or refunded.

If Tips Products Publishing Agency fails to deliver agreed-upon services or products as published on this website and/or included in a written and mutually signed agreement, refunds are available as credit toward any other product or service Tips Products Publishing Agency provides and the credit expires 365 days from the date of initial payment. Refunds may also be available.
